Pricing Structure terms and guide Usual terms Call or email is now to find out about our package deals from as little as £300! As well as hosting and domain registration which is all you need and all in in one great package. Hosting is annual as are usually domain registrations but the website remains yours to use for ever. We in most cases charge by a fixed package fee. In some circumstances we may charge at a negotiable rate or in accordance with the terms below. Typically Database products and ecommerce will cost, being of a higher price bracket. We are mainly concerned with the time taken on our part to complete the project. Discounts are available where terms can be agreed to ensure we are paid on in stages. Prices are essentially negotiable. Rates are subject to suply and demand. Exceptional terms. In exceptional circumstances we may charge at a negotiable rate or in accordance with the terms below. Outside these terms we charge by day but also a product fee on the use of preassembled script. Also there will be a charge for hosting and registration of a domain name on a subscription basis usually yearly. This subscription will also include email boxes on that server. A website package at its most basic includes hosting, domain name registration and website design. Optional Copyright Transfer or Registration of IP rights. Copyright transfer will also be charged where applicable. If a copyright must be sought there will be a fee for seeking that copyright by ourselves and a fee levied by the third party involved. Other terms Where content will need to be supplied by your self then we will need this before work can begin where deposit may be required or we can work on a stage payment basis where payment will need to be made at such a stage where we are waiting on content required. If you already have secured elements of a website package such as a domain name by a third party, then the relationship between us and such a third party will need to be established and understood immediately. In the event of a domain name issue, here we will require contact details with that party. Should the third party or your self need to maintain ownership then we will need written agreement that this party will point “‘DNS setting” to our servers else a transfer of ownership will be needed, the “IPS tag” will need to be transferred and ownership given to ourselves by this act. In the case of a .UK domain then a certificate will need to be produced by the third party confirming Nominet registration. We will need this issue resolved immediately. Where imagery and content would need to be generated by ourselves then we charge per day as well as for expenses. We supply the services of a third party photographer with recommendation should you require and will be responsible in the terms of this agreement for failure on his part to meet deadlines. Service may include stages of design, approval or rejection on consultation with the client, a possible further design stage where directions are followed exactly. Then amendments are made such as small alteration to text and image placements are handled lastly. Lastly the site is approved and sent live. Provided we work to this agreement we will expect payment regardless of client satisfaction unless where stage payment terms can be agreed where upon design approval further payment is made. Client happiness with their product is important to us but we will always expect payment for our time and will require reimbursement for expenses, records of transaction will be kept.
